I started this company in 2020 with a clear purpose: every project gets the right permits before anything is touched.
I built US LA Home Remodeling Inc around that principle because the alternative — finishing a project and discovering unpermitted work, wrong permit types, or scope that didn’t match what was promised — is a problem that follows a homeowner for years. It surfaces at resale. It surfaces at refinancing. It surfaces when a buyer’s inspector walks through.
