The address tells us your jurisdiction — City of LA or unincorporated LA County — which directly affects permit requirements, setback rules, and in some cases ADU eligibility. Two properties a mile apart can have different approval paths.

Project type and rough scope

Kitchen remodel, bathroom update, room addition, ADU — give us the category and a description of what you’re trying to accomplish. You don’t need final plans, just enough to tell us which rooms, which systems, and whether you’re adding square footage.

Known permit history

The permit record on a property — accessible through LA DBS — tells us whether prior work was properly closed, which affects how we approach your new project’s scope. If you don’t have it, we can help you look it up.
Once we have that information, we schedule a full estimate consultation — a scoped conversation, not a general callback. The goal is a realistic picture of your project’s requirements, timeline, and cost range before you commit to anything. After your initial contact, expect an acknowledgment within one business day.
